Product Overview
O interruptor On / Standby é um conjunto eletropneumático que atua como o principal interruptor pneumático e elétrico de ligar / desligar uma máquina de anestesia. O conjunto do interruptor tem como componentes principais um atuador rotativo, um corpo do coletor e um conjunto da placa de circuito impresso (PCA). Quando o interruptor On / Standby é colocado na posição ligado, ele fornece um sinal de fechamento de contato elétrico para os componentes eletrônicos da máquina e permite o fluxo de oxigênio metabólico e, opcionalmente, o ar para o circuito pneumático. Um microinterruptor normalmente fechado, de ação instantânea realiza a interface de fechamento de contato elétrico do conjunto do interruptor On / Standby e faz parte do PCA (junto com o conector da interface) que é montado no coletor pneumático. Um atuador mecânico, integrado ao coletor pneumático, entra em contato com o êmbolo do microinterruptor após a mudança de estado do botão do painel frontal de 'On' para 'Standby', fazendo com que os contatos do interruptor normalmente fechados sejam abertos; instruindo a máquina a desligar seu subsistema de gerenciamento de energia. Da mesma forma, quando o botão do painel frontal é movido de 'Em espera' para 'Ligado', o atuador mecânico libera sua força no êmbolo do microinterruptor e o interruptor pode fechar seus contatos, instruindo a máquina a ativar o gerenciamento de energia subsistema.
