This Cable is also commonly known as Aircraft Cable or Wire Ropes. The rope is made of a "Z" type 7X7 wire stranding of SUS 316 stainless steel wire. This wire rope is used for mechanical elements that require high flexibility and durability and it is usually coated with a synthetic resin such as nylon which has a longer service life. The wire rope is non-magnetic, RoHS compliant and used in the Potentiometer and Encoder assembly of Aakash Table which is used in GE's Computed Tomography (CT) systems.
We recommend that the installation of this product be carried out by GE specialized labor or a partner duly trained and authorized by GE.
