The Leveling Adjuster is a type of leveling lever positioning mechanism. This part is present in the Positioning GT elevation assembly. It is fixed at the bottom portion of the machine through the gear mechanism. This mechanism is made of a steel material. Steel is a iron-based alloy which contains a minimum of chromium of around 10.5%. The presence of chromium helps to offer corrosion resistance to stainless steel and helps it to resist scaling at elevated temperatures. Steel also maintain excellent toughness and has a more attractive appearance than other alloys. By considering all of these properties, steel is often the material of choice for these components. This unit provides the positioning option for the machine. While the positioning tool is attached to the adjuster and starts its rotation, the machine position is adjusted as per the requirement. The leveling adjuster has a groove cut for precise mounting and matting of the tool. To avoid any movement of tool, the cut is chamfered and finished. These parts are made with a high precision method to ensure the safety.
