This Mounting Finger is molded in the shape of English Alphabet letter "L" and is made up of acetal material, commonly known as Polyoxymethylene (POM). Acetal is a white thermoplastic used in parts that need to be strong and stiff, and have excellent dimensional stability which is why it is used for this mounting finger. The mount comes with an internally threaded hole on the arm with a thread size of #6-32. Acetal is also non-ferromagnetic, which makes this mount assembly ideal for mounting pre-amp assemblies used in the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Systems. This bracket can be used with GE's 1.0 T, 1.5 T MRI systems.
