Product Overview
A Screw is a type of fastener. Screw can be tightened by hand and or by using drivers. This specific screw is made of a Delrin® material. Delrin® is a type of plastic material which is mixture of polymerized formaldehyde. It has characteristics like superior tensile strength, stiffness, creep resistance and fatigue strength. This screw is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps it to achieve a good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional stability of the screw ensures its perfect fit in the required assembly. The most important characteristics which separate Delrin® from other engineering plastic is this material absorbs very low water content.
