Product Overview
The Wheel is constructed of Delrin® material and is made using high precision techniques which provide the excellent dimensional accuracy and a perfect fit in the required assembly. A through hole is given on the center of the wheel, which has 0.312” inches with a ± 0.0002 tolerance. The minimal tolerance is used to ensure the perfect fit in the assembly. This wheel is attached to the required assembly by using this through hole. The material has excellent thermal and mechanical properties which enhance its longevity in various environmental conditions. The good mechanical properties of the wheel are high fatigue endurance, good strength, high stiffness, excellent impact resistance, good wear resistance, and good abrasion resistance, which help to enhance the long life-span of the product. The high impact strength of the material provides the ability to absorb the energy during deformation. It also has good creep resistance which offers the wheel to resist the deformation under the influence of mechanical stress.
