This Fastener or Screw is used to create a temporary joint which can be removed or dismantled without damaging the joining components. It can be used with nut or directly driven into tapped holes without nuts. This screw is made up of SAE 1010 Grade Steel material with zinc plating that ensures good rust-corrosion resistance and the screw's 10-32 threads provides good strength and load bearing capabilities. This fastener features a (SEMS type) one-piece screw and washer assembly which is quicker to install then a two-piece screw and washer assembly. The Pan Head Screw comes with a cross recessed phillips drive that aids in proper torquing and stronger joints. These screws are compatible to be used in the assemblies of AMX 4, and AMX 4+ X-Ray systems.
