The Ball Bearings are commonly used as rollers or wheels to provide linear motion for medical products. The linear ball bearings consist of a polymer cage with steel raceway segments to guide and recirculate the ball sets within the complete cage. The intended use of this bearing is to reduce rotational friction and to support radial and axial loads. During operation the load is shared across the balls, and it provides linear motion in one direction. The high-grade materials used for bearing balls and races has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a increased lifespan for the part. The lubrication helps to dissipate heat and reduce friction. It has an excellent strength and fatigue life. It uses radial play methodology, where radial play is the maximum displacement that one bearing ring can be displaced relative to the other ring in a direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the bearing. The high dimensional accuracy achieved through precision manufacturing processes ensures the perfect fit for the bearing as per the requirement. The deep groove ball bearings provide a larger area of contact that delivers high performance and high load capacity.
