The MAC Trolley Top Housing Lock Kit consists of the MAC trolley upper housing, handle grip left/ right side, top plug hole, snap-in plug hole, MAC bumper, trolley ECG mounting plate, trolley top hinged LID, hinged door clip, hinged door axle and mounting fasteners. All parts are manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The high dimensional accuracy ensures a perfect fit of the housing as per the requirement. The products are made from high grade materials with good mechanical properties ensuring a long-life span for the components. The MAC trolley upper housing is made from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) structural foam, which has a thermoplastic resin commonly used for injection molding applications. All the parts in the assembly are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the assembly. The keypad assembly is safely packaged with foam and a carton box with labeled for easy identification.
