Product Overview
O sensor de fluxo é usado para monitorar a taxa de fluxo de ar de um paciente. Os sensores de fluxo medem o volume de gás dispensado dos canais de O₂ e de ar durante a inspiração e a expiração. A proporção relativa de gás dispensado de cada canal é continuamente ajustada para controlar com precisão a porcentagem de O₂ entregue ao paciente. O sensor de fluxo é colocado entre o regulador e a válvula de fluxo, onde o regulador garante o fornecimento de pressão constante à válvula de fluxo. É um sensor do tipo de fluxo de massa, que injeta o calor na corrente de fluxo e monitora o aumento da temperatura no local a jusante. A faixa de temperatura depende da vazão mássica do fluxo e do calor específico do gás que passa pelo sensor.
