Visão geral do produto
The Valve Assembly consists of a valve housing assembly bypass, O-rings, lubricant and screw. The valve assembly is used in MIC Giraffe™ OmniBed, ARC Aisys, MIC Panda™ iRES Warmer, ARC Tec 7 Vaporizer and ARC Aespire View among others. The valve assembly is manufactured using high precision techniques which helps to achieve a very good surface finish as well as good product consistency. The cap valve housing and valve bypass beveled are made from polyphenylsulfone which has good mechanical properties like tensile strength, hardness and wear resistance which ensures a long-life span for the parts. The polyphenylsulfone material helps to make the parts light in weight without compromising on the integral strength of the components. All the parts in the assembly are free from any burrs and sharp edges which enhances the safety aspect of the components. The lubricant has high lubricity, thermal and hydraulic stability. The screw is made from high grade materials ensuring high proof load capacity. The screw is also passivated to improve properties.
