The Plastic Flange Bearing is designed to support heavy loads when the shaft axis is perpendicular to the application's mounting surface. They offer more secure retention for radial and axial loads. The thin wall construction of these bearings ensures they hold up in applications with high speed and low coefficient of friction. It performs exceedingly well in all technical disciplines and is the classic all-rounder, primarily with respect to the overall general, mechanical, thermal and tribological specifications. The material is ideal for universal applications, a truly "all-round". The typical applications include the medium to high loads, medium surface speeds and medium temperatures. The surface finish of the product is excellent and has high production rate. The product is tested to work at extreme atmospheric conditions. It is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. It does not contain a maximum concentration of 0.1% by weight in homogenous materials for the lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated biphenyl ethers (PBDE) and of 0.01% by weight in homogeneous materials for cadmium. It does not contain any dirt, dust, visible oils, grease, lint, fibers, rust, paper, chips, cleaning solutions, machining coolant, foreign materials and other contaminants. The part is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to ensure that no damage will occur during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
