The Cover is generally used to protect the equipment from damage due to environmental changes and disturbances. This Flowtubes wide cover is used to seal the flow tube for safety. The cover assembly consists of Cover flowtubes wide and window flowtubes wide. The cover flowtubes wide is made of Hival HG6 material, is an Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) material. This material makes the cover BPA free, high impact resistant, and rigid as well. The wall thickness of the cover is 2.0 mm and the maximum permissible flash is 0.1 wide x 0.1 high. The surfaces are textured as per Mold tech MT-11020. The window flowtubes are clear and free of any visual imperfections, and is made up of Lexan MR10 clear polycarbonate sheet which is 0.3 Inch thick. This particular material provides very high level of resistance to abrasion and defies graffiti, and this ensures "like-new" appearance for a longer year of usage of the window flowtubes.
